Official Rules – LOCLshop Arden Fair Mall $500 Gift Card Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility:
The LOCLshop Arden Fair Mall $500 Gift Card Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 15, 2025 and ends at 7:59 PM PT on October 15, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official online entry form available during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one entry per person. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a $500 gift card valid at participating merchants located at Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento, California. The gift card will expire one (1) year from the date of activation. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500. No cash or other substitution of prize is permitted, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place at 8:00 PM PT on October 15, 2025. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form within five (5) business days of selection. If a potential winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

7. Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless LOCLshop, Arden Fair Mall, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

8. Sponsor:
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fairchild RMN LLC, operators of the LOCLshop In-Mall Retail Media Network.
